~doubtful: I went to the Concentra in Houston for a shoulder injury I had received on the job. I was fully expecting an exam to see if my shoulder was badly injured but all she did was touch the back of the shoulder blade and diagnose a sprained shoulder and upper arm. She then prescribed * weeks of physical therapy. My care was then supposed to be transferred to the clinic in Kansas City, MO since my company sent me home since I could not drive. I scheduled my first PT appointment and was told I was only approved to see a doctor and supposedly the Houston clinic never ordered PT. (Why was I sent home for continuing care?) The *nd doctor I saw was short and hurried. When she examined my shoulder she was very rough and after telling her what she was doing hurt me, she didn't blink an eye and continued her rough exam so I kept quiet. Her diagnosis was strain of an unknown origin. She then requested PT. I am very uncomfortable with this company as it seems no one wants to find the reason fo
