~Wekj4u: I contacted who identified and described themselves as a Cosmopolitan Magazine representative. I reported my discovery of this magazine subscription opened-up in my name. An account and magazine of which I did not request nor desired to have associated with me personally or professionally. I was informed a Flower Shop did without my knowledge or permission opened this account. There is no document in existence or and never any verbal or non-verbal request. I never asked anyone to open an account in my name. When I asked the Cosmopolitan Service Representative to close this account she refused. I was provided a number and told I needed to call a florist shop that I utilized months prior when ordering flowers for a family member who had passed away. It is apparently okay for the Service Representative, per the request of a third party, to open an account in my name and without my permission. But I, the one whose name is om the account, am unable to close my account without them gett
