~shawna: I kept getting a notice from cosmo that I was signed up for automatic renewal of my magazine subscription. I did not sign up for that. Since they signed me up for that without my knowledge I decided to not renew. I called and the first time about three minutes into the automated system it hung up on me. I called a second time and finally got to a human. Once I got a real person I had no trouble canceling the auto renewal. **Anytime a company signs me up for something I did not authorize I will no longer do business with them. That is stealing in my book.
