GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Covered California customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-joshuaj4: Very frustrating. Covered California has a very confusing phone tree (as of *******). **I had a question while applying for health insurance. The Covered California site tells you to call *-***-***-**** with questions. But once connected, the phone system doesn't give the caller with any clear options that will connect them with a human. **I lucked out and was put through to a human because I waited too long trying to decide what to do after the system presented me with several useless options. It seems that if you wait, you WILL in fact be put through to an agent.

GetHuman-joshuaj4: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-joshuaj4: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Covered California's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-joshuaj4: For that I would say five out of five.
