GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-judyelme: I bought a box of ** at Chico Cali Walmart and when I used the red orange the lead broke immediately so I tried to sharpen it.and the lead kept breaking.now it's a good *** inches shorter.ive bought crayola pencils in the past and never had this problem.if this is how your pencils are going to be I'll never buy they again.i used to prefer crayola brand but not sure if I will purchase again. I loved your metallic line but can't find them anymore.
