~GGof3: I have had bad customer service before but cricket takes the cake. I have been on the phone for three days being transferred to or given another number to someone else more times than I can count. I have been sent * phones and can't use either one of them now they are telling me they won't honor their refund guarantee and I have to pay return shipping to send the phones back. Bad really bad business.
