GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-aris_edu: I made my payment online by my VISA debit card, and got my payment receipt and e-ticket. When I try to enter them in the Czech airlines website, it does not recognize either my surname nor my ticket no. or reservation code. I am a little desperate after trying to do this several days.
