GetHuman-331495: Supervisor was very rude. We canceled our service a year ago in November of '**. We just found out the automatic monthly draft continued for * months. The only reason it stoped then is because our bank issued a new bank card with a different number. We have been with att-uverse for ** months, have received no notices from Dish Network, then get a bill from a collection agency for $**.**! Bottom line go with another company. They owe us money and we're not going to let it go!
