~misty70rn: It did take * phone calls to reach a human. In all fairness the first call was on cyber Monday and I was able to leave me name and number. Someone did call back and left a message but I missed the call. If you are unable to push buttons within a certain time limit the system will say goodbye and hang up. The third time I reached a customer service rep who was very nice. I order some personalize items so she was able to send messages to venders and offered to give me call back or email as she received their responses. That remains to be seen. David's Bridal website times out and can mess up an order quick. Always, always, always double, triple, quadruple check the order prior to sending. I had faith in their system and here I am.
