GetHuman-357887: Hi, i don't like complaining especially when time after time i have such an excellent experience in the Debenhams stores i visit in various towns. But this is about my account. Firstly i didn't receive a bill, then i got charged interest, then that was revoked, then i got charged more interest. Each time i have had to call up which costs me money. This time i want to cancel my account but because i have just made a payment i have to wait and call back again in two days, i do understand why but this will no doubt be another ** minute phone call at my expense. Debenhams are a fantastic store and i have had an account with you for many years (and have always paid bills on time) but the automatic way statements are generated to customers with outstanding issues is not helpful and costs me money.
