~displeased: The automated service is HORRIBLE - if you don't have a service number, you have to figure out how to get to a HUMAN! * days of calls, being hung up on, finally the last day, after * transfers and *.* hours, the last person was able to assist. It took so long, my phone lost power. HORRIBLE PHONE SYSTEM AND SUPPORT PROCESS.
