~yu: Called to change a reservation. Waited for ** min before someone talked to me. The first ** min of waiting was quite annoying: they play ** sec of music, then a voice starts talking, (sounds like a customer care person , but it's some recorded ads), then music, then people talking. So you'll have to stay alert during that ** min. Then another ** min of pure music, which was much easier to tolerate. Then someone started talking to me and helped me change my flight date. She picked flights and told me about the depart and arrive time. This lady talked very fast and I had to ask her to slow down and repeat. I chose a route and finally the cost: This is a skymile ticket from ATL to PVG. I would like to add, they charge a lot of mileage on the ticket, a change from *** to **** one way cost me ***** miles, plus $*** changing fee. I'm not very happy. :(

~yu: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Delta Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~yu: For that I would say two out of five.

~yu: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Delta Airlines to know who you are.
