~Soul: I wanted to know if I could take a pair of roller skates on board the flight. The operator whose name is Lee didn't know and couldn't provide the correct information after being told that SKATES are not listed under sporting goods on the TSA website. He then told me to hold.. *When he returned to the phone after a few breaks in silence he said "I didnt know.." and was silent...*I THen asked for the TSA number I could ask them.. *I was better off asking TSA and not calling DELTA

~Soul: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Soul: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Delta Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Soul: For that I would say four out of five.
