GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Denver Post customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~unhappy with service: The Post employee sounded like he was on drugs. He couldn't find my account. His words were slurred. He would not redeliver my paper and could not understand when I told him why the carried did not deliver. I should have talked to a supervisor. Our building has an electronic entry system that is broken today. In the past, the carrier would leave the papers in the vestibule when the system is broken. The papers weren't left today. This carrier isn't smart enough to know how to handle a problem like this and the customer service rep wasn't smart enough to understand the problem. He said they will not redeliver the papers. This is unacceptable service.

~unhappy with service: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~unhappy with service: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Denver Post's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unhappy with service: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Denver Post customers?
