~pissedoffmommabear: Thanks for nothing! I've literally tried to call for weeks now about my * year old daughter losing her coverage for some reason that I was unaware. We have no other insurance so this is EXTREMELY important that I communicate with someone...preferably A REAL PERSON!!!!! Your automated system just hangs up on you when, "all available representatives are assisting other callers"...WOW!!!!! Putting me on hold would have been far more respectful even if I had to wait **mins or more. I'd rather do that then call back daily to still find that the lines are busy...how is that?!?!?!?! Everyday you are too busy to put me on hold for someone to talk to?!?!?! Oh yeah...and trying to do this online is even worse...apparently NONE of my information works in logging in OR setting up a new access account. NOT EVEN MY CASE NUMBER ON THE TOP OF THE PAPER YOOOUUUUU SENT ME IN THE MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm livid and expect that you will read this and call ME back!
