~Mechanic: Valium-dazed,know-nothing call center worker drones who don't know ANYTHING about the products sold by the company. Drones don't listen to anything you say, give canned, useless responses. God, I feel sorry for them. They sound so unhappy. What a despicable company Dickies is!
