~josh: Sure. It was morning, on October 30th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Digitalet, and if so, how?
~josh: I used a email I found on the GetHuman Digitalet customer service contact info page: Contact Digitalet Customer Service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Digitalet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~josh: I placed an order for a hard drive. I emailed the company to find out the status of that order and was told that they had not received an order from me. So, I placed another order for the same hard drive. The next day two charges showed up on my credit card and I received two emails notifications for two separate orders. I emailed their support and finally heard back * days later. The two orders would arrive shortly and I would have to pay the return shipping, and a **% restocking fee.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Digitalet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Digitalet problem?
~josh: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~josh: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Digitalet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~josh: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Digitalet customers?
~josh: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Digitalet to know who you are.
