~phoebe: thursday may *st i called direct express to report my icard was lost. CSR i talk to deactivated my card i request a new card all she did was closed out my account. I call back friday to check if she did sent me my card with ups she did not . So the rep, i talk on friday said she have ups delivered my card on tues. still waiting . I call to get my tracking number i find out it was going thru regaler mail I have my ssa and ssi that i needed to pay my rent and bills To me your service ***** . hopefully i will get my vard on Friday**s
