~Jackie Scarbro: Contacted Energy Management Dept. * calls, one * hour ** minutes Tecnician (Kumar)****** to find there was no record of previous call. Also contacted EM Dept. **** for an extended call (Lamia)very argumentative, and said nothing could be done until investigated. The problem on record is a electrical wire is connected to my electrical meter **** Stonehaven Drive Virgina Beach VA. and goes to my neighbor's house. The wire on the ground and is a safety hazard. This problem has been reported and I have been told that it is under investigation. My Electric bill continues to rise. I have been told that the neighbor has a low voltage problem, an indication that Dominion Power has known about this problem and continues to do nothing about it. When requested to speak to a supervisor, of the department, I am told that the supervisor is not in. How to I resolve this problem? Who is the emergency contact person?**Thank you for any assistance that you can provide to resolve this problem
