~melrus: To my surprise, I was the only customer without power this past Friday morning. I almost did not report the outage thinking other neighbors would do so. I did anyway. A squirrel ran on my line attached to the pole and unfortunately, zapped him alone with my power. The representatives were so prompt in fixing the issue and very professional. I appreciate the help and the awesome care I was given in being the only one without power! Learning experience here is to ALWAYS call and report your outage! Thank you!
