~Jennifer S.: First man answered and gave me an *** no. to reach the dept. I needed. That no. had been changed but a recording gave me a new no. A short wait and a very nice, helpful, young man named Andrew helped me! Wonderful!

~Jennifer S.: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jennifer S.: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DuPont's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jennifer S.: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DuPont customers?
~Jennifer S.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DuPont to know who you are.
