~sfay1: I'm not a huge Dunkin Donuts customer but was lured to try the Big and Tasty from the Tampa TV commercials. So, Sunday I drove past my normal Breakfasts spots to find the Dunkin at *** w Fletcher ave,Tampa *******. It wasn't busy so I went in. I was only second in line so the order process went quick* Christian took my order, * Breakfast sandwiches and Munchkins. $** .**. More than I usually pay but this was going to be great, Right? ** minutes went by and customers came and went through the Drive thru. During The whole slow process I whiteness (what I assume is a new employee) sneezing repeatly everywhere and a very stressed out Manager barking orders to a complacent staff. It really wasn't that busy in there. I asked Christian if anyone was filling my order and he gestured to an area that I can only assume is the kitchen area and said yes it will be right up. At the ** minute mark I said where is my order. With no reply Christian with a frustrated demeanor left his register an

~sfay1: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sfay1: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dunkin's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sfay1: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Dunkin customers?
~sfay1: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dunkin to know who you are.
