GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Electronic Arts customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~forum regular: Pro-tip: go to the forums for game support and leave tech support for issues related to money, simpoints, passwords, etc. I've called EA tech support * or * times in the last few years (always during regular business hours). They've always been excellent, courteous and competent etc, and resolved my dilemma very nicely. Again, if you need game support, go the forums -- there are tons of knowledgeable folks. But er, be nice. If you're going to be rude, well don't expect much.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Electronic Arts. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Electronic Arts problem?
~forum regular: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~forum regular: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Electronic Arts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~forum regular: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Electronic Arts customers?
~forum regular: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Electronic Arts to know who you are.
