~joe mamaz: upon calling this number. i was told to go to the website. when i went ot the website i had to create an origin account and then go through a rigorous plethora of **** to schedule a call back, i did so once and was told would be under * minutes, ** minutes later i set up yet another one and nothing. this new "awsome" way to help cutomers is a joke, what ever happened to just calling and getting a person?
