~Kimberly : I had use my debt card make a payment over the phone but my card it was a one time thing so I had call them to tell them that you can't put the money back on that card so can I get a refund checks mail to me they said they have to put the money back on that one time vanilla field debts card so I lose my money this was encore insurance
