~Ian Howard: I have been on hold for over ** minutes. Am calling because I paid for receipt of a credit score. When I printed the page, nothing was provided. The page was lost, and not hard copy report was received. You took my credit card * and provided me with nothing!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Equifax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Equifax problem?
~Ian Howard: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ian Howard: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ian Howard: For that I would say four out of five.

~Ian Howard: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
