~robertm3: I booked two reservations through expedia but the hotel had * from expedia. I cancelled the two reservations I made through expedia and the third which I did not make which expedia made was not cancelled because I was not aware of their error and it was not on my history, no email about a third room but emails for the two I made. I ended up getting ***.** taken off my credit card because of their error. I called numerous times, got hung up on numerous times and cut off some as well. Never got any satisfaction even with proof. Horrible company, you better watch and ensure you confirm your reservation with the hotel you reserved through expedia and do the same if you cancel!

~robertm3: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
