~world.pat@hotmail.com: I live in the UK--the expedia guy here spoke poor English and told me I had to call America. Called the US number (I had to pay for the call), waited ** minutes, then was told I had to put in my phone number which of course is foreign. So the message said it couldn't connect me and hung up. They made * bookings instead of one and I can't get the incorrect one cancelled before I travel. Spent over an hour on the phone all total with NO result at all.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~world.pat@hotmail.com: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~world.pat@hotmail.com: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
