~deniseS's review of Expedia customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~deniseS: The *st representative just kept reading from script. The *nd call, was just as bad with scripting, but worse when she blatantly lied. When I told her I had the original email to prove the flight I signed up for was not what they have now, she just kept reading from script. Oh and "apologizing", per the script! There is no good reason to use Expedia! They can't help with anything, the *nd rep pretty much confirmed it when I asked her to explain what could she help people with doing. "Book extras". Expedia is worthless.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Expedia. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Expedia problem?
~deniseS: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~deniseS: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~deniseS: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~deniseS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
