~Anonymous: The call disconnected twice and I had to go over the same information with four different employees. The first time, the employee cancelled one of my flights and rebooked another. I had to call back and the flight was then filled, but the next two employees calls dropped somehow or they hung up so finally when I got to the last employee he helped me reschedule my flight but they have still yet to refund me. They say they won't refund me because it was not expedias fault, but United Airlines fault, but Expedia is the one who initially cancelled my flight. Terrible service and incompetent employees.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
