~Regino Cintron: The person on the phone want's to help but they can't once it goes to the supervisor or the hotel, Expedia does not take responsibility for the awful hotels it sets people up with or the mistakes they make when a reservation is changed, I will never recommend Expedia to anyone and will say so online to all who will listen. I was charged one extra day unnecessarily for an awful motel *.

~Regino Cintron: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Regino Cintron: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Regino Cintron: For that I would say five out of five.

~Regino Cintron: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
