GetHuman-252415: Be patient with the phone tree, you want option *. Option * can take you to a dead end * machine only avenue. Between Health Care act and Social Security Admin, seems there are possible issues with electronic ID, might be something hinky going on- Jimmy was my point of contact and was excellent. Put me thru to Special Services and I related issues to them and I'm on hold while they dig. But my fraud alert is live and my report is in the mail.
