GetHuman-304750: The people who you speak to can not speak English at all, when you are already frustrated about things being on your credit report, that should not have been there in the beginning it makes you more upset when you have to wait on the phone line for almost ** min...then you reach someone who can't speak English and the result is more frustration! This system is a joke! They are wrecking people lives and you can't get it fixed because the people your speaking to don't know if their coming or going.I for one do not have an issue with anyone from a diffrent background, but when your dealing with something this important you should be able to understand and speak the language and help the customers with their issues*concerns and complaints!

GetHuman-304750: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-304750: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Experian's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-304750: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-304750: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Experian to know who you are.
