~experianishorrible: this is incredbile how BAD experian is with customer service. I need to make a movie about it for people to believe it. this is day * for me. ive been transferred to multiple depts, put on hold for ** minutes at a time, only to be disconnected. ive been told its a ** dollar fee for lifting freeze, then im told there is no charge, ive tried different browswers to no avail, their system keeps telling me they cant process my request cause they cant verify the info i put in. yet the info i put in is exactly what is on my credit report im looking at. now im being transferred and sitting on hold again. she cant even tell my why or who im being transferred. experian is a joke joke joke and WASHINGTON DC needs to fix it, or the FTC. someone!
