~dayone: Connection bad, transferred *X, Wait on transfer hold times exceeded ** minutes. Everything from Duh, to helpful to gum smacking in my ear. They sent me a letter saying they could not fill my prescriptions because MD didn't make them out correctly. * days later they return my prescriptions. * days later I don't have my check*refund. My check cleared before they had a chance to check out the paperwork apparently as it cleared * days prior to the notification letter cancellation date. It will take another ** to ** days to get a refund check.
