~vote with your dollar: I called to check on my prescription by number. The automated system said it had shipped *******. I hadn't received it yet, so I spoke to a real person who said it had not been processed because they were waiting for a response from the doctors office. So why weren't they waiting for a response on all the prescriptions? The other * happened as expected. This was blood pressure medicine. Can't be without it. Why did the automated system tell me it shipped? This kind of misinformation is life threatening.
