~annonymous: I have a Lisinopril prescription to refill. first they rejected it because it would cost $*** and they said I didn't have that amount in my credit card. They returned my prescription beck to me. Right at the moment I received it, I called their customer service and rep told me that it will cost $*.** - not $***.**. What? I was holding the mail they replied in my hand - it said $***. So I told her to reactivate it but by some reason that she could not explain, it failed. So, she said she will ask a new prescription from my doctor and also said she will override an order to my local CVS for * day supply. She told me to go and pick up. I went to the CVS pharmacy that she mentioned but prescription order was not there.*I called again - this time a guy with black accent answered. He said he did not see any request for new prescription to my doctor and he also said there was not overriding * day supply order either. I asked him many times "are you sure?" and he started to get attitude.*Abou
