~polar09: I went to my doctor on the **th of Dec., ****, they told me they had not recieved my perscriptions from him. I called my doctor he said he had fax them but he would do it again. I called express s. and the laay said they had been sent out. I checked E.S. online they said they had not heard from my doctor, this went on for a week. I made calls to my doctor and E.S. Finaly E.S. said they had the scripts and they would be sent out.Then I get a call from E.S. that I need to call my doctor, I call E.S. and they tell me one of the scripts is too high a dose and mydoctor has to approveit, I have taken this med for four years. It is Jan.**, **** amd I am still waiting for my meds, rhey are suppose be on the way.

~polar09: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~polar09: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Express Scripts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~polar09: For that I would say two out of five.
