~anonymous: The communication this company has with it's customers is ridiculous! They need you to have your doctor call in a new prescription every * refills, yet they do not tell you that, so you will run out of meds. Then they tell you that you are on auto refill...and guess what? your meds never show up. Then all of a sudden it's not their fault its yours because you should know that your not on auto refill...I unfortunately do not have a choice because my company will not cover meds unless you get them through this company.

~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
