~sandym: The girl mumbled. I work for the company and was trying to get a replacment medical card. She found a long distance number and when I asked about an *** number was put on hold for another ** minutes. I was transferred to another extension which I assumed was the correct number. It was to the same department and another operator who could also not help. **In addition, if anyone reading this is considering working for the compnay, I would strongly discorage you. You are only a warm body and they have no problem replacing you. I have a bad back because all the chair are broken and they make no effort whatsover to ensure that the employees are not miserable every moment they're there.
