~7hills: This enterprisenis totally incompetent. Due to their inability to properly store vital information they are endangering people's health. They should be shut down and Anthem should be fined for using them. NextRx did a great job but they have been replaced by ExpressScripts. I am sure this is because Express Scripts is cheaper and makes more money for Anthem. Furthermore, complaining and continuous calling does no good.
