~Lois: asked for the amount we have paid for our prescriptions for the year, for are tax perposes, was told I could get my amoubt sent to me and that my husband would have to call for his amount, can't understand that, we are on the same ins program in his name, before express scripts took over med co we were able to recieve our total over the phone and they would send a email. Now I have to wait for * to ** day's for them to get to me and then another * to ** days for my husband's. what is wrong with this program.
