~Discusted: Facebook customer service is pitiful, pathetic, and a dissrace to any website I have ever encountered. IMy account was so-called temporarily shut down for some unknown reason and I have tried so many times to contact you or sign in or change password and I still can't get signed on or find out why my account was shut down. I didn't do anything wrong asd I hardly communicate on facebook. But except for my family. I have tried filling out your fraud*complaint forms and you keep asking me for a photo, which I am not able to download anymore. I have secret questions but you don't even ask me them and let it go at that, you continue to want a picture. I don't think this is fair and you also need to have one ono one phone communication or on sight so I can explain all of this to a CSR live person. You also have asked me to type certain words in a box I have done that so many times it is sickening, and still I can't get in even when the words are correct. My old alternate e-mail contact is

~Discusted: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Discusted: For that I would say three out of five.

~Discusted: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
