~Kari Scow: I can't retreive my password. I have been trying everyway possible and getting no where for past week. I keep emailing you and no response. I need the information sent to my cell phone. ***-***-****

~Kari Scow: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kari Scow: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kari Scow: For that I would say one out of five.
