~Angelica Thurston: I need to speak with a real person from the Facebook Team to help me with my concerns. I have tried all of the options available and not one of them has helped. I keep getting told to contact the customer care or the Facebook help and they DONT work, I need a real person to talk to over the phone.

~Angelica Thurston: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Angelica Thurston: For that I would say one out of five.

~Angelica Thurston: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
