~Robert Smith: NOBODY answers to help you..all you get is a recording telling you to go to their help pages online. If we could have found help online..just why do they think we are calling?! This is horrible customer service from a company that makes BILLIONS of dollars in profit out of it's users. I am deleting my facebook page and will NEVER use them again!
