GetHuman-drjeffh: Facebook community page post dropout for **** in all PC Browsers and Facebook App
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-drjeffh: Readers and Followers of "Renew My Heart":**I have recently discovered a serious Facebook integration issue concerning my Community Page, "Renew My Heart, O God," and I would assume the issue is not isolated to my page. It seems to only affect community pages, not personal pages. The problem is multiple Post dropout, posts not being displayed, from September - December ****. All **** Posts are intact and display correctly on all venues. I've identified the problem as generally a PC Browser*Facebook integration issue. ALL PC Browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox, and including the Facebook App itself on PC, show this dropout Post problem for ****. The posts are all there in cyberspace, just not being displayed, and multiple posts for each week in **** are missing. On Android phones, the Browsers also show this post dropout, but the Facebook App on Android Does show all the posts! Crazy indeed. If you are an Apple user you are better off, as Safari seems to display all the posts correctly, both on Mac and iPhone. The Facebook App on iPhone appears to work correctly most of the time from what I can tell. If you don't have access to the Facebook App on your phone and are a PC user, about the only way currently that you could see all **** posts would be to find me, Jeffery Horacek, on Twitter. Every Facebook Post has a Twitter link, except the first week in September, and the Twitter link will bring up the Facebook Post. I apologize to any of you who would want to go back to see a prior post in **** and can't find it.**Yes. I have messaged Facebook Support time and time again, for many days now, with absolutely no response except an automated, "Thank you for making the report." Evidently they are still unaware of the problem, unable to fix it, or just don't care. Maybe all the above. I find this very frustrating and disconcerting. It may help if you would pass this along, as numbers always brings attention. Thank you, and again, I'm sorry for this potential inconvenience to you as loyal readers. **Jeff Horacek

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-drjeffh: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-drjeffh: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
GetHuman-drjeffh: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
