~kay: Unable to do anything over the phone regarding being charged for a service I no longer have. NO BILLING ADJUSTMENTS OVER THE PHONE HAVE TO E-MAIL...STILL NO ANSWER. THEY CONTINUE TO BILL FOR SERVICES I DO NOT RECEIVE. FCC COMPLAINT FILED
