~Z. Prior: Fandango Customer Service wasn't really the problem. It's the company itself. They charged my card twice. One charge turned out to be "temporary" just to see if my card was valid. So i have two charges on my card, and days before it can be refunded. It makes me so angry and not only that. It never told me it would do that. As I made my purchase, it gave me an error notice and said that i needed to re-do my purchase, so I did. Obviously, i didn't need to that was their way of charging to see if I had the money in my account. Then I sent an email to customer service they said it would be ** hours for a response, and I didn't receive one for more than * days. I am never using Fandango again. That was my first and last time.

~Z. Prior: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Z. Prior: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fandango's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Z. Prior: For that I would say one out of five.

~Z. Prior: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fandango to know who you are.
