~EugeneDan: Feel taken advantage of. First-time Fandango user, pressured w*just * mins online to pay for what at first seemed like a decent deal for movie w** friends tonight. After transaction was able to find cinema's * and called directly to learn I'd overpaid. Wanted to reverse the transaction but Fandango would not refund their fees. I guess using Fandango could make sense for people trying to avoid lines on an opening night for a big movie, but not for my purposes tonight. Disappointed. Very.

~EugeneDan: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~EugeneDan: For that I would say three out of five.
